Please note, our cancellation policy differs from traditional listings. A three-night reservation deposit is required, which becomes non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. The remaining balance is due and non-refundable 90 days before check-in. During the festive season, these terms extend to 120 days. Should you cancel, a 5% administrative fee applies to all received funds, except in cases of Force Majeure. Additionally, local taxes including the Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET) and Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) will be added.

For long-term stays, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $250 applies, alongside a departure cleaning fee of $650 for this luxury offering.
